THE CONVENTION

We had an absolutely brilliant time at the convention. We were introduced by our great friend Jackie Lynton and he stayed on stage delivering backing vocalswhile we started our set with the song he penned with Rick Parfitt, 'Again & Again'. Then we played the entire 'Hello' album.
It was brilliant to meet three Quo drummers over the weekend as John Coglan, Jeff Rich and current drummer Leon Cave were in attendance. Steve's drum head is signed by all three!

THE STORY

Quo'd celebrate the fantastic Status Quo 'Frantic Four' line up of Lancaster, Rossi, Parfitt and Coghlan.

Born around 2015 (no-one can remember exactly), the first line up included current members Chris and Gary. In 2018, the boys welcomed their fourth drummer Steve and latest recruit Woody officially joined the band officially in 2022, replacing founder member and Rick Parfitt lookalike Mick Ioannis.

Sets predominantly consist of songs from six key albums from the 70's namely, Piledriver, Hello, Quo, On the Level, Blue for You & Rockin' All Over the World although songs pre and post these albums do appear too!

In 2022 Quo'd were invited to perform at the prestigious Status Quo Fans Convention at Butlins Minehead where they were introduced by Quo legend Jackie Lynton (he of the 1977 Live album introduction "Is there anybody out there who wants to rock" etc).
